De Kaaskamer from Amsterdam services a number of leading restaurants in Amsterdam. In cooperation with the chefs we select which cheeses are most suitable for cooking and what selection is served as a dessert. Cheese must be ripe, therefore we ensure that the cheese is perfectly matured (finished). On top of that we deliver six days a week.
