Organic, farmers Gouda cheese, made by Kees and Maria van Gaalen on their anthroposophical farm. The farm is located in Noordeloos, in the south of the Green Heart. The cheese is prepared daily from fresh cow’s milk
Biological Alblasserwaard (400gr.) matured for about 10 months.
Aged, organic, pasteurized farmhouse cheese made by the driven farmer André van Houwelingen on his farm located in the Alblasserwaard polder (30 km under Gouda).

Organic Basil / Garlic (300gr.)
Creamy, organic cheese made by the dairy company Bastiaansen from the village Molenschot in North Brabant. The cheese is prepared from fresh cow’s milk to which basil and garlic are added.
Bleu de Wolvega (250gr)
Organic – pasteurized
Mild organic, semi-hard blue cheese developed by Andries Andringa from the village Wolvega in Friesland. The cheese is creamy and the blue mold culture makes the cheese a bit spicy. This cheese is also delicious with a green salad.
Biological Sheep’s Cheese with Samphire from Terschelling (300gr.)
Organic sheep’s cheese from the beautiful Terschelling. Jolanda and Gerben Bakker have their own farm in Oosterend. They themselves pick samphire, which they then blanch and add to the curd.
The combination of this fresh herb and sheep cheese is delicious.

In 2007, Jolanda and Gerben Bakker won the first prize with this organic cheese with fenugreek at an important cheese competition in Ermelo.
