At the moment this is the purest cheese from the Netherlands. The cheese is made by Jan-Dirk van der Voort from the milk of Jersey cows on his organic farm ‘De Remeker’ Lunteren. All its animals are antibiotics-free and the crust is formed by greasing the cheese with clarified butter instead of plastic.
