Tynjetaler is a delicious special farmers cheese from Tijnje, Friesland. An Emmentaler with impresive holes. The farmers family from farm De Gelder are located at natural reserve De Gelder. This cheese has already won first place in most delicious farm cheese from Gouda. The Tynjetaler is creamy and a bit sweet, with a hint of the Swiss Alps. This young matured farm cheese has a light spicy aftertaste. Delicious on bread.
