At the Kaamps estate in Deurningen near Hengelo, farmer Herbert Neyland makes delicious full-bodied cheeses with a spicy and tad sweet character.

This pepper cheese owes its flavor to the natural ripening process and the melange of different peppers. Estate cheese is treated twice a week during the refining (maturing) with a specially developed mountain culture.
