Description

Approximately five months matured.
Creamy, pasteurized, pure goat’s cheese. Made in the north of North Holland. Why is goat’s cheese white and cow’s cheese yellow? Carotene, which is naturally in grass, makes cow cheese yellow / orange. The goat filters the carotene from the grass and converts it into vitamin A.
