Description

The young stompetoren cheese is approx 4 weeks old and made from pastaurized milk.. The cheese is still very soft and flexible. This is why it is important to keep a close eye on the maturing process. The young cheese has to be turned multiple times per week to maintain its round shape. And it has to be doen carefully. The cheese gives a delicious smell when cut and melts on the tongue.
