A traditionally made raw milk farmhouse cheese

Age: 18-24 months

Made in the summer with fresh raw milk using traditional methods in wooden barrels. In 2010 farmer Marije van de Poel was awared ‘Best Local Product’ for this cheese from her farm at Rijpwetering in the Dutch Green Heart area. Also certified by the Dutch Slow Food Organisation.
