Organic

biologisch
A varied selection of organic cheeses supplied by independent farmers who we know personally. Each one of them is highly passionate about the environment and care of the animals involved. No artificial fertilisers are used on the grass and any additional food required is also organic. The Alblasserwaard and Bleu de Wolvega cheeses are vegetarian. We carefully chose a balance of taste and variety in putting this selection together.

Farmhouse

A selection of farmhouse Goudas, all made by hand with raw milk from the cheesemaker’s own cows. Taste the pride of the craftsman in these exceptional farmhouse cheeses. We’ve carefully selected varieties that have matured a little longer, bringing out the full character of authentic farmhouse cheese. Try it and enjoy! (All the cheeses in this selection are safe during pregnancy, as listeria bacteria doesn’t survive in hard cheese made from raw milk.).
